What to include in your email

So we can help you faster, please include:

• The name of your school.
• Your role (school administrator, teacher, student, parent).
• Your username or the ID/phone number you use to log in (never send your password).
• The app version and device (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18; Pixel 8, Android 14).
• A short description of what went wrong and what you expected.
• Screenshots if possible.

Common topics

I forgot my password.

Passwords are managed by your school. Contact your school administrator to have it reset. If that isn't possible, email us and we'll route the request.

I can't log in.

Make sure your school's license is active and that you're using the right ID (username for school admins, phone for parents and teachers, student ID for students). If the issue persists, email us with the details listed above.

I want to delete my account.
